On April 11, 2025, the newly established Board of Directors of Grupo JRI SpA held its first meeting, with the participation of its members: Juan Rayo Prieto (Chairman), Nora Calderón, Juan David Rayo, Sebastián Rayo, Alexander Letonja, Gonzalo Araujo, and Juan Medel. Also in attendance were the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Francisco Rayo, and the organization’s Legal Advisor, Daniela Mateluna, who acted as secretary of the meeting. Board member María Cristina Effa excused her absence due to being abroad.
The meeting aimed to plan the Board’s work for the current year, review and approve the Consolidated Business Plan 2025, assess the performance of subsidiaries and affiliates, and define various short- and medium-term priorities.
“This first Board meeting marks a very significant milestone for Grupo JRI. It was a high-level session, driven by a strategic holding vision, a strong sense of commitment, and a long-term perspective. We are very enthusiastic about what lies ahead: we are clear on the challenges, united as a team, and have an action plan that reflects our aspirations for sustainable growth,” said Juan Rayo Prieto, Chairman of the Board, at the conclusion of the meeting.
